SHIPPING
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-7business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Coasual is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Coasual is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at connect@coasual.com Provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [insert contact email].
Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
